My goal is to become a CPA and work in corporate accounting or finance. I have been blessed with a passion in math and I want to use this passion to pursue a career where I can help individuals using my own talents.
- Graduate school interests
Yes, I am interested in attending graduate school in the future, ideally at Texas A&M or the University of Texas at San Antonio, to earn a Master of Accounting or MBA. Their strong business programs align with my future goals of becoming a CPA and working in the financial world.
- Outside the classroom
Outside of academics, I enjoy music in all forms, I find it relatively calming whether I am listening to it, learning about it, and playing instruments like the guitar, piano, and ukulele. I also enjoy hands on activities such as arts and crafts, sewing, and gardening. I’m very family oriented, so I love spending quality time with my loved ones.
