Tiana Brown

Hello!
My name is Tiana Brown, Here is a little about me and my passions.
To start off, I am the first generation of my parents to attend College and even graduate high school and be able to walk the stage. I always struggled in school as a kid and teenager and would constantly be in summer school, now being in College I'm truly souring in my education and passions. Some of my passions is educating the youth and helping troubled students also find out what they're passionate about. As young student I always struggled in schools because I never had a helping hand 100% or someone to guide me, so now I inspire to be the helping hands to the youth since they will be the future.
One quote I inspire myself by is "To the world, you may be just one person, but to one person, you may be the world." -Josephine Billings. This quote truly inspired me because we as people can make imprinted on people's lives daily and as a teacher or authority to the youth, we can leave the biggest imprints in children's lives.
With all this being said this ties into my major which is, Interdisciplinary studies EC-6, and I am currently enrolled at Northwest Vista Community College and plan on transferring to UTSA next summer to complete my bachelor's in Interdesmplantry Studies.
My next step is to pursue Grad school to get my master's in Leadership education.
