About
I currently attend Texas Woman's University in Denton, TX where I am studying the field of Social Work. I am also working on a minor in business. I grew up in a small town in East Texas, where I socialized myself with a lot of sports and community service. I was competed in UIL throughout my entire elementary and middle school years where I received a lot of awards. My family and friends support me and hold me accountable for every action that I take, which has helped mold me into the dedicated woman that I am today. Although my childhood was not perfect, I do not use what I have been through as a way to earn pity; I use it as a platform to reach my goals in life. Meaning, I am using my past as motivation to help change other young children and young adults' lives.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am studying the field of social work because I want to do some ground work with children for a couple of years by becoming a social worker or a mentor. To add to that, I am studying business so that once I gain enough experience with children I can begin to build my own brand. A form of girls home/mentor center is what I am working towards.
- Graduate school interests
Once I get my Bachelor's degree, I plan on going back to school to receive my Master's.
- Outside the classroom
From the time I entered the fifth grade, I enjoyed sports, such as; basketball, track, cross country, and softball. Now that I am in college, I really enjoy volunteering where ever I can. I prefer working with children only because the children is where life begins.
