About

I am a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 12 years of nursing experience and a passion for helping others. My journey has been built on faith, perseverance, hard work, and determination. Becoming a mother at a young age and facing obstacles early in life taught me that my circumstances do not define my future.

I began my nursing career as an LPN in 2012 and became an RN in 2014. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in emergency and trauma care, pre-admission testing, acute dialysis, home health, and hospice. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Claflin University with a 3.95 GPA and am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am a wife, mother, grandmother, caregiver, and lifelong learner. Balancing family, work, and education has not always been easy, but my desire to grow and make a difference continues to motivate me.

My ultimate goal is to become a Family Nurse Practitioner serving rural and underserved communities, with a special interest in caring for older adults. I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, quality healthcare, regardless of where they live or their financial circumstances.

My story is a reminder that it is never too late to pursue your dreams. I hope my journey inspires others to keep pushing forward, overcome obstacles, and never give up on themselves.
