Tiffany Guerrero

My name is Tiffany Amber Guerrero. I'm a transfer at Texas State University, I plan to pursue a degree in Health Psychology. This fall will be my first year that I'm actually away from home. It's going to be something so new to me because I'm just from a little town. I'm the first generation from my family to attend college so you can imagine how hard it's going to be for my mother to let go, but I am determined to follow my dreams and not only make her proud but make myself proud too. Ever since I was a little girl I knew my calling was to help people. I'm very active and love volunteering to make a difference in my community and people's life's. Since I was sixteen years old, I've been employed to help out my mother and thoughout this experience I've grown to be a responsible and independent women and realize education is one of the most important milestones in life that anyone can fulfill. I have many goals I want to achieve in the future and I believe my hard work and dedication will lead me there.
