Tina Burney

I display my passion for special education by showing that I truly care about my students and their growth. I stay patient, understanding, and supportive, even when students struggle. I ask questions, learn new strategies, and try my best to understand each student’s unique needs. I show passion by working hard in my classes, completing my assignments with purpose, and connecting what I learn to real-life teaching. I also show it by being willing to help, staying positive, and celebrating every small success that my students make. My actions show that I want to make a difference and that I am committed to becoming the best teacher I can be.
