About

I come from a long line of tinkerers. I enjoy creating things with my hands and using my knowledge however I can. My parents encouraged me to pursue my interests in anything I set my mind to; consequently, I have a wide variety of skills and interests to bring to the table. I am an avid reader and pianist in addition to my engineering eagerness. When I meet new people, I am often shy, but once you get to know me, I am wildly enthusiastic. I enjoy helping my peers through difficult class material, and I believe in random acts of kindness.

Goals and interests

Career goal

At this point, I do not intend to be choosy about jobs. I would enjoy anything in which I can use my design and problem solving skills in a team setting or at least with colleagues available to bounce ideas off. My ideas of two jobs I would enjoy are designing LEGO or rollercoasters.

My hobbies include the following:
Piano
Adobe/Macromedia Flash
Drawing
Wood crafts
Reading
Bicycling
Knitting
Chainmaille
