About
My career achievements and academic pursuits are deeply intertwined with my life goals. Each milestone has brought me closer to fulfilling my aspirations of making a significant impact within the Army National Guard, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment, and contributing meaningfully to my community. This program has helped me to be successful in dynamic environments. It has helped me build upon my strengths and mitigate my leadership weaknesses. I have learned several concepts that can develop future leaders in the Army National Guard.
