Goals and interests

Career goal

After obtaining my degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation Sciences I hope to work as a Game Warden. As someone who grew up outdoors I have seen and experienced nature in many wonderful ways. However, I have also seen the effects of pollution, lack of education, and carelessness on wildlife and the environment. As a Game Warden I hope to preserve nature in a way that will allow people to both enjoy and respect the great outdoors. This is not all I aspire to do, I would also like to work with younger generations to educate them on the importance of the environment.

Graduate school interests

If I was able I would love the chance to further my education in grad school. However, at the moment it does not appear as if I will have the funding.

Outside the classroom

Hobbies I have include raising and rescuing animals, volunteering, gardening, and science.
