I am a single father of a five year old who keeps me running. I enjoy camping, fishing, kayaking, and anything else that involves water. I live next to the Sangamon River and spend most of my leisure time there. I also love fitness and nutrition. I am a member of two local gyms and can often be found at one or the other.
