Trevor Bordelon

I am currently a junior at Claudia Taylor Johnson High School. I do extracurricular activities such as club swim, varsity high school swim, and varsity high school water polo. I am taking as many AP and Honors courses as I can in hopes to further my studies. I love to learn new things and have a drive for knowledge.
I believe that volunteering is super important and hope that I can continue to serve my community. Someday I would like to pursue entrepreneurship to offer services or products that make other people's lives better for a fair price that they can afford. I want to do this to improve my local community.
I hope to earn some scholarships so that I can afford the opportunity to pursue going to college to get a bachelor's degree or higher. I am a good candidate to receive a scholarship because I help my community through volunteering. I have a 4.0 GPA, am Captain of my aquatics team, and I am also an "A" honor roll student that is extremely hard-working.

My Achievements:
I am on the Varsity Swim and Water Polo Teams, I am a Captain of the Aquatics team, I have earned Varsity Letterman, Presidential Volunteer Service Award, All District Athletic Academic Team, Microsoft Office Specialist, National Junior Honor Society Member, Silver Star Award, Honor Roll, Spelling Bee finalist, Geek Squad Award, National Society of High School Scholars member invitation, Selection for Congress of Future Medical Leaders Award of Excellence, Distinguished Alumni Johnson High School, invitation to attend National Youth Leadership Forum: Medicine Scholar
