Troy Riley Riley

I am studying architecture at Judson university currently as a sophomore. Judson is located in Elgin, Illinois however I live in Rancho Santa Margarita , California. My life has been filled with sports, academics and family. I play college golf at Judson. Golf has been my major sport of interest my entire life, along with playing football and running track in highschool. I decided I wanted to become an architect after involving myself in the subject during highschool then exceeding my interests when I went to college. I am the first in my family to attend college so all the challenges and trails I have faced have been new to me and my family. At Judson I am a scholar athlete, academic leader, dean scholar, work in admissions, commit myself to clubs and activities, and also am part of a leadership program that meets with world leaders and stands out as an icon for the school called the Roeser Scholarship Committee. As college has gone on it has been exceedingly more expensive. Im worried I won’t be able to continue affording college for the next 2 years and also continuing into a masters program. After 2 years in college I know I want to become an architect however I won’t be able to afford school. Financial troubles in my family have brought on this worry in the recent few months and I’m hoping to find any way to further my education.
