About

Hello, I am Tulani Burris, a visual artist specializing in both traditional and digital drawing. Though I have been creating art for nearly my entire life, having explored a wide variety of art forms from sculpting to painting to braiding to pipe cleaner figures, I most strongly enjoy drawing out characters in graphite and colored pencil, or with my Wacom tablet in Paint Tool SAI. As a lifelong animal-lover, often my artwork includes animal-inspired themes, especially anthropomorphism. While studying Graphic Design at Desert Vista High School, I managed to earn both a certification in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and a CTE certification in Graphic Design. Now that I am looking to expand my professional experience and brand, I have cultivated a modest social media presence and managed to make hundreds from selling my artwork on Etsy. Currently attending Arizona State University to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship, I hope to someday bring the images in my mind to the silver screen.
