About

Throughout high school, I have worked hard to balance my academics with my extracurricular activities. I am proud to have completed two years of English Honors in my freshman and sophomore years, which helped me develop strong critical thinking and writing skills. Alongside my classes, I committed myself to my school community by performing in the Girls Choir during my freshman year and Varsity Choir during my sophomore year. I look forward to bringing this same dedication and work ethic to the honor society.

Goals and interests

Career goal

My main career goal is to study physiology, with a strong secondary interest in marine biology. I also hope to integrate my love for the performing arts developed through my years in Girls Choir and Varsity Choir into my future college and community life.My main career goal is to study physiology, with a strong secondary interest in marine biology. Graduate school interests

As a high school student, my immediate focus is on earning my Bachelor's degree in physiology. However, because I am interested in the sciences, I am open to exploring graduate research opportunities or advanced degree programs as I progress through college.

Outside the classroom

I am a very creative, social, and caring person, and my love for people is exactly where my desire to help others comes from. In my free time, I love staying involved with my family and church community, singing, and taking road trips to explore new places through domestic travel. I also really enjoy reading about a lot of different things, especially marine biology and Cnidariology. On the creative side, I love making crafts like bracelets, and I always try to use recycled materials whenever I can.
