I am a dedicated professional, student leader, and lifelong learner who is committed to academic excellence, leadership, and community service. With more than 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, quality assurance, and operational leadership within highly regulated industries, I have built a strong foundation in integrity, continuous improvement, and professional development.
I am currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resource Management after completing my studies in Criminal Justice. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have remained focused on achieving excellence while balancing career, family, and community responsibilities. My passion for leadership, mentorship, and organizational effectiveness has allowed me to contribute positively to both my workplace and the communities I serve.
As a member of the Honor Society, I look forward to connecting with fellow scholars and professionals, expanding my leadership skills, and engaging in opportunities that support personal and professional growth. I plan to pursue leadership opportunities in Human Resources, Compliance, Risk Management, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development. My long-term goal is to advance into senior leadership roles where I can help organizations strengthen compliance, improve workplace culture, develop talent, and drive strategic business initiatives.
- Graduate school interests
I am currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management and have a strong interest in leadership, organizational behavior, compliance, corporate governance, and workforce development. In the future, I may pursue additional graduate studies in business, psychology, or law to further expand my knowledge and leadership capabilities.
- Outside the classroom
My hobbies include reading, mentoring youth, volunteering in the community, traveling, health and fitness, professional networking, and lifelong learning. I also enjoy following basketball and football, exploring leadership and organizational development topics, and pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities. I am passionate about personal growth, education, and making a positive impact in my community.
