Grad School Interests

Intended Job Path

I plan to get my Master of Social Work and return to work in the healthcare setting transitioned as a Medical Social Worker. I also want to get licensed, become an LCSW, and establish my own non-profit in the heart of the city I grew up in, East Los Angeles. My goal is to empower my community by bringing awareness and healing to individuals highly affected by trauma, violence, immigration status, and lack of resources to grow and develop like the rest in our society. I want my non-profit to offer adequate community based programs that are nonexistent in that community.
