Verkha Rani was selected more than 20 university from the USA and other. Verkha Rani is a Bachelor of engineer specialization in production and Industrial engineering from year 2008 to year 2012. I worked on my B.E. thesis under mechanical engineering department. She demonstrated her presentation of the final examination thesis along with a viva to a panel of lecturers. She was campus hired by Yamaha Motor India private limited and parent company Yamaha through entrance exam selected for its research and development team. She was one of the best performer and was sole selected for its corporate office in R&D in CEO tier one facility. She was engine and body designer of R&D department that became a Yamaha Motor R&D India private limited in year 2013. She was engine and body designer of Yamaha Innovation R&D by responsible analysis. She was one of the top performer in both interviews, R&D knowledge, engineering in mechanical, production, industrial, automotive technologies. She was offered job at higher salary in year 2014 for USA team worked on innovation/invention of automotive technologies of automotive companies. She had received total 9 awards in Thomson Reuters innovation in mechanical engineering allied domain. Her awards were innovation Caterpillar team performance award (USA), 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, Nike team award, 2016, Thomson Reuters innovation Hyundai Motor award, 2016, Honor title “Thomson Reuters innovation Hyundai Motor award June 2015 issued by Hyundai corporation (USA), “Thomson Reuters innovation Hyundai Motor award of year 2014, of year 2015, of year 2016, Yamaha R&D innovation award 2014 issued by Yamaha motor (global). She has two book published in mechanical engineering. She did her MBA completed in 2018. She built strategic leadership capabilities, the ability to make and communicate connections across complex ideas. She was exposed key dilemmas facing organizations in advancing technological development, economic growth while balancing issues of sustainability, social responsibility, stakeholder management. She has the creativity and critical thinking skills, as well as self-awareness, emotional/social intelligence and interpersonal skills.
