About
I am a high school senior with experience in plant care and identification, biology, and field biology. During my high school career, I explored my interests, such as becoming an engineer, explored music, and ended up deciding to become a biologist who specializes in the study of plants. I also explored my hispanic language and culture, and am bilingual. In taekwondo, I achieved the rank of black belt, but paused with that and will continue in the future.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
In the future after a bachelor's degree and master's degree, I hope to be a research scientist and biologist who specializes in the study of plant physiology. However, I will first take a more general major in college to see if I still have my passion for environmental science.
- Graduate school interests
After I graduate from college, I am considering to get a master's of science in Ecology, Biological and Environmental engineering, from Cornell College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, or go to Northwestern University for Botany and Plant Physiology. However, I have not made up my mind yet, so this may change.
- Outside the classroom
Things I take an interest in are biking, and caring for and watering my plants and crops when the season is right. I may return to taekwondo again to resume post-black belt training, as is trombone if I manage to get better at music. Though it is more a to do thing, I pawn and give away things I don't need anymore. Non-academically, I also like to watch educational videos to help with homework, such as crashcourses and videos on biology, like Floralogic.
