About
I’m currently a student at Liberty University, studying Applied Ministry with an emphasis on psychology. After being in the ministry and the fitness industry, I desired to study psychology, so I could teach on the importance of holistic health. Studies show that many ailments are a direct result of poor mental health, also poor mental health is correlated to a poor diet! My goal is teach the importance of taking care of all three, so that we can perform at our highest level and achieve an overall well being.
