Victoria Salvador

My name is Victoria Salvador and I am a graduating senior at Taunton High School. I plan on majoring in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Occupational Therapy at Bridgewater State University.Throughout my family, there are many teachers and nurses that I grew up with. My grandfather, Lincoln DeMoura, was a principal, teacher, and a superintendent, who eventually got his doctorits. Furthermore, my Uncle and Aunt are both teachers, which inspired me to work with children. My mom and grandmother have both been in the medical field for 15 plus years, which has inspired me to minor in occupational therapy. Working with kids and teaching them new ideas and improving their ability to learn has always been a dream of mine. Over the past two summers, I have been a lifeguard at Taunton Parks and Rec, which is a great opportunity that I have to connect with kids and learn all different personalities. Hopefully when I enter the workforce to teach children professionally, I will be able to help and inspire the future generation.
