About
Choosing to return to school at the age of 41 was a difficult decision, yet I do not regret one moment of the journey to become a registered nurse. I graduated at the top of my class and earned the clinical excellence award for the 2016 graduating class. I attribute my success to God and the loving support that I received throughout my schooling from my husband, my mother, and my son.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am currently working as a full-time registered nurse at Hillside hospital in Ohio. I work with primarily Trumatic brain injury, anoxic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic trauma patients. I feel that this hospital and my position is very rewarding and I have no thoughts at this time of changing or leaving.
- Graduate school interests
I would like to return to an online program to take my associate degree to a bachelors degree. I have not enrolled due to hesitation from incurring more debt and also at the age of 45 I am not sure I have the strength to do it again.
