I’m looking for scholarships since my dad died it’s been difficult on my mom I’m looking to get into a quality school that can give me a full scholarship

Outside the classroom

I am writing this to express my sincere interest in applying for any scholarships available. This year has presented me with challenges that tested my resilience, but it has also deepened my commitment to my education and future aspirations.

my dad passed away after a courageous battle with glioblastoma, also known as butterfly glioma. This loss has profoundly impacted my family and me, and it has motivated me even further to honor his memory through hard work and dedication in my studies. Shortly after his passing, I faced a health emergency that required an emergency flight to Pittsburgh. These experiences have taught me the importance of perseverance and have instilled in me a sense of responsibility to support my family during these difficult times.

Despite the hardships I have faced, I remain dedicated to my academic pursuits. I am passionate about learning and constantly seek to expand my knowledge, whether through my schoolwork or personal research projects. I also enjoy playing video games, a pastime that enhances my strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, I find joy and comfort in spending time outdoors, walking my dog in the park, and appreciating the beauty of nature.

By receiving a scholarship, I could alleviate some of the financial burdens on my mom, allowing us to focus on healing and rebuilding as a family. I am eager to further my education and am committed to excelling academically to create a better future for myself and my family.

Thank you for considering my application. I am hopeful to be awarded a scholarship as it would make a significant difference in my life, helping me achieve my academic goals while honoring my father's legacy.
