About

Hello, my name is Vincent Cole I am currently a sophomore in college at University of Hawaii at Manoa. I am studying kinesiology. My plan is to get my bachelors and then go to PT school. Eventually I would love to have my own physical therapy practice where I specialize in working with athletes. I have always been interested in learning about the human body when it comes to sports I’ve played a wide variety of sports starting at the age of three. but I am most proud of my accomplishments with my own personal fitness journey. At the age of 17 I was able to squat and dead lift over 600 pounds and benchpress 375 pounds. These are highly competitive numbers in the sport of powerlifting for someone who is 17 years old. I also had an incredible weight loss journey over due to my understanding of the human body and I was able to lose 120 pounds in a year and three months while maintaining all of the muscle mass that I had worked so hard to achieve. I worked with semi professional bodybuilders, as well as the Colorado hospital staff where I had access to advanced medical equipment to achieve my goals
