Virginia Sykes

I would love to work in the Forensic field of Anthropology. I would love to do anything from working crime scenes to working in a Forensic lab. This is why I am furthering my education to achieve my job path goals and dreams.

I would love to one day obtain my Masters degree and defiantly my PHD because when I am done "working" I would like to come back and teach students about all the possibility. I would like to continue my degree in Forensics and Anthropology because this is something new going on in the world today and it will make a great career. Also there are multiple possibility's that I can do with my degree and the higher I go the more possibility's I will obtain.

Two of my favorite hobbies consist of community service and working/teaching young children. This to me is like a step out of the world of Forensics and Anthropology to focus on more community based things. Like giving back to the homeless or helping out in an organization to so they can reach people in need. I love this the most because you can learn from people. I also love to put people first and make sure they get what they need which is another reason why I love to do mission work.
I also teach PK and Kindergarten Sunday mornings for Sunday-school. I prepare to teach the lesson along with fun games, and crafts during an hour time. This is something that I love to do because children are so wonderful to work with. They always come in with fresh ideas and question and I always learn something from them.
I also love to learn by reading and by doing things hands on. I feel at times learning hands on is better for me because I can learn from my mistakes rather than just reading from a book.
