My name is Vuong Hoang, and I am from the Bay Area (Pleasant Hill). Currently, I am a prospective Senior at University of California, Davis finishing a B.A. in Economics and starting a minor in Statistics. I emphasize on striving towards proficiency in statistical analysis in finance or general data.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I intend on finishing my B.A. in Economics and completing a minor in Statistics as well to go towards the more analytical side of business. This includes financial analysis, data analysis, or consulting. I specifically take classes such as Public Finance or Money & Banking to support my resolve
- Graduate school interests
At the moment, a Masters in Finance looks quite appealing, but I plan on gathering job experience before pursuing any sort of Masters degree.
- Outside the classroom
Outside of school, I enjoy practicing music, as well as weight lifting regularly. Once I month, I head down to an orphanage or hospital with a group of volunteers to spread art and music to underprivileged children.
