Goals and interests

Career goal

I would love to work in the technology field for consulting. Helping technology companies reach their goals and profitability, whether that means introducing a new business model or modifying software. I'll be there to help.

Graduate school interests

I am interested in the following graduate programs because they offer the highest level of education I wish to achieve. I know this is a ambitious list, but I love to reach for big goals.

Arizona State University(Supply Chain Management)
University of Texas(Finance)
IMD Business School(Business Administration)
MIT(Computer Information Systems)

Outside the classroom

I love music. I have practiced guitar since I was 10 years old. This has led me to perform in many different bands of all types of genres. Currently, I am in a rock n' roll band! Nature is very important to me. Ever since I was young I have been taking expeditions(mostly by myself) out into the great wilderness of America. I love hiking, fishing, and rock climbing. Helping people succeed has become a new hobby of mine. I am apart of the Learning Center which provides free tutoring to the students at the University of North Texas. I will be tutoring them in English composition because writing effectively is a essential part of succeeding in our modern world.
In the global community, we are now connected like never before where what we post online or through our phones can transmit across the world in seconds. That is why I would say language is a hobby of mine. My grandfather is from the Galicia region of Spain and my grandmother is from from northern Mexico. Whenever I have the chance I try to speak to them in Spanish because it is important to understand the impact of language on societies. Recently, I have taken up German and have become proficient in that as well.
