About

I am Will, short for William. I grew up in a small town out in the country working on farms and doing small landscaping jobs during my summers. I am very proud to say I am an Eagle Scout and that I earn Eagle at the very young age of 13 years. I like to add this little bit of information to most applications because I worked hard for it, I am proud of it, and it is one way I can prove that I am no coward when it comes to hard work. I am excited to see what this Honor Society has in store for me, I look forward to learning new skills and bettering myself for the future.

Honors and awards

  • Eagle Scout

I earned my Eagle Scout at the age of 13 years. My Eagle Project was a trail restoration. My troop and I were only asked to restore 300yds of an old trail at Caledonia State Park so that it was wheelchair accessible, however we did 1000 yds.

Goals and interests

Career goal

I would really like to work on with diesel engines, designing them and making them better. I also would be interested in getting into the performance aspect of cars or motocross bikes. I drive a diesel truck now and still ride motocross. Diesel engines and motocross seem to be what I am most passionate about so finding a job working on either of them would be very exciting for me.

Graduate school interests

I have given Grad school some thought but not a lot because it is more money.

Outside the classroom

Motocross
fishing
hunting
making money
