Yanely Molano

My name is Yanely Molano, and I am an Animal Science student at Delaware Valley University, passionately working towards my dream of becoming a veterinarian. Originally from Mexico, I’ve faced numerous challenges navigating the complex process of transferring academic credits and adapting to the demands of studying in a second language. These obstacles have only strengthened my determination to advocate for animals in need.

I have a deep commitment to shelter medicine and animal law, and I aspire to support animals not just through medical care, but also by influencing legal and policy changes. At DelVal, I am fortunate to gain valuable hands-on experience that is helping me build a solid foundation as I prepare for veterinary school, with the ultimate goal of making a meaningful impact in the field of animal welfare.

I am proud to be allied with organizations like Humane World for Animals, PETA, and SPCA, working alongside many others who share the same mission of helping animals around the globe. Together, we strive to create a better world for those who cannot speak for themselves.
