Yufei Zhang

My name is Yufei Zhang, my hometown is Beijing, the north city and capital of China. I am a current student at Bowling Green State University working towards earning a master degree in saxophone performance in next two years. I had already finished Music Certificate Program in BGSU last year.
I have been graduated from Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology in 2014, my undergraduate major is polymer materials science. But I realized that my dream major is saxophone performance when I joined the school orchestra. I am eager to become a professional musician in the future. The saxophone is western instruments, so I want to study aboard for it, the USA is the first choice for its high academics and cultural quality in this field. Additionally the tutorial I had with Chih-huan Wu, a DMA who majored in the saxophone, he recommended me his alma mater Bowling Green State University. Luckily I was admitted by BGSU.
