About
From a young age, I have been fascinated by creating something from raw materials. The idea of shaping wood, stone, or metal into functional tools and weapons excites me. My ultimate goal is to become a blacksmith and own my own business, crafting unique, high-quality weapons and tools that blend function with artistry.
To achieve this, I am focused on developing skills in metalworking, welding, and business management. Welding is a crucial skill in blacksmithing, allowing me to join metals, repair tools, and construct complex designs. I have taken Manufacturing 1, Manufacturing 2, and Woodwork 1, as well as an auto shop class, to build a strong foundation in craftsmanship.
Beyond hands-on experience, I love reading and anime, which inspire me with intricate weapon designs. I also want to learn business management to build a brand known for quality and creativity. I am committed to mastering my craft and making my dream a reality, even though like I said that it’s a dying craft though some places are still keeping it alive.

- Outside the classroom
I enjoy welding, a skill that blends creativity and precision to shape metal into functional or artistic pieces. Anime serves as a source of inspiration for me, influencing my creativity and storytelling. I also love creating characters for Dungeons & Dragons, crafting unique backstories and personalities that bring adventures to life. These hobbies allow me to express myself through both hands-on craftsmanship and imaginative storytelling.
Volunteering
-
Over the past three years, I have been involved in community service through my mother’s work with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), a labor union. While I am not a member myself, I have actively participated in various fundraising and awareness events. These include bake sales to support Guide Dogs of America and the Rape & Abuse Crisis Center, as well as running a stall at local street fairs to educate people about the importance of unions. Through these efforts, I have contributed to causes that directly impact my community. Raising funds for service dogs helps people with disabilities gain independence, while supporting crisis centers provides essential resources for those in need. Educating others about unions also promotes workers’ rights and fair treatment. The most fulfilling aspect of my involvement has been seeing the positive impact these efforts have on individuals and the community as a whole. I enjoy helping others and knowing that my contributions, even small ones, can make a difference. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the importance of giving back and supporting causes that improve people’s lives.
