About
After a lifelong struggle with food, I've found my passion. I've struggled with disordered eating habits all my life. While recovering, I've found solace in understanding the Human Body's relationship to the nutrients we consume through our diet. I have a strong interest in helping the public heal their relationship with food. I believe that through proper nutrition education, individuals can start to heal their relationship with food and understand how proper nutrient intake can aid in all aspects of life.
