Susan - Graduate Achiever Scholarship Recipient
As a graduate student enrolled in the M.Ed program in Community Counseling at the
University of Houston-Victoria, I am looking forward to completing my degree and
obtaining my license. I plan to counsel families coping with the challenges associated
with raising children on the autism spectrum. This scholarship will help cover my
tuition expenses as I embark on a yearlong internship program counseling in my local
community refining the skills I have learned from the UHV program.

Susan is a recipient of the HonorSociety.org Graduate Student Achiever scholarship. She is a masters in community counseling graduate student at the University of Houston, Victoria. Susan has a 4.0 GPA in her graduate studies. Susan is the mother of a child with autism and has devoted her adult life to understanding the condition and providing the best way to help. She seeks to help and counsel families of autistic children. Continue the great work Susan!
