HonorSociety.org is built to recognize teachers too. It makes sense that the people who spent time and energy instilling knowledge into their students are recognized for their effort. The benefits offered through Honor Society are not just for students, but extend out to their professors and mentors as well. Professors have continued to teach and mold generation upon generation.
Ranging from discounts on travel, health plans, dining, or recreational activities, Honor Society believes membership deserves to be rewarded, and those who encourage this success should be rewarded, as well.
Honor societies are a traditional part of the academic world that is held in high esteem, and attracts high achievers who are the early adopters of tomorrow. Recently, groups such as Honorsociety.org have emerged, utilizing the internet in an effort to "globalize" these standards and create a larger community, branching outside of students. As "honor" is in our name, we aim to honor those teachers who mold the young, eager minds of students.
