Jennifer Sharp

My interest is a role would allow me to be a catalyst for change, researching and understanding future trends and engaging at the beginning of an initiative. Education is extremely important to me, so this role would also allow me to continue my education, earning a doctorate, and present opportunities for me to do learning sessions with others. I would be part of a team, even if I am not leading it, in order to bounce around ideas and have intellectual discussions. The role would engage my problem-solving tendencies and allow me to meet new people to understand their roles and challenges. While working in the role, I would help others appreciate the rationale behind decision making and also recognize those contributors that are often overlooked. Being able to help develop strategy regarding new ways to use technology platforms would be a huge bonus. The opportunity would also allow me to utilize my project management skills with a great deal of planning engagement involved.
