About
It's been said that I got my love of reading from a great man in my family. As the first child born after his passing, I have inherited more than a unique (middle) name. After hearing stories about him and how he always carried a book, it seems possible. The majority of my school years passed with at least one (and sometimes up to four) book in my bag. It's no secret that English was always one of my favorite subjects; often re-reading the assigned readings just for personal enjoyment.
Yes, I did change majors several times, but I believe it was necessary for me to explore other fields. At the end, I returned to my true passion of reading. I can be found reading everything from printed works (nothing beats the feel of holding a book and turning its pages) to e-books and fan-fiction. Now, my ultimate goal is to begin a career at a publishing company to share the joy and passion that I have found through reading
