Elisabeth Pearson

My name is Elisabeth Pearson and I am currently a first year student in the BSHS program. I am hoping to continue my education after the University of Minnesota Rochester and get my master’s in Anesthesiology Assistant.
I have had several different jobs in the past, including summer camp counselor, preschool age teacher assistant, youth yoga instructor, dance instructor, office assistant, and denim specialist. Through these jobs, I have learned various ways on how to lead a class and different ways to accommodate learning styles in dance. I also have learned how to be a part of a team, and how to help a store reach certain goals for the day, week, or month. I have learned how to accommodate business men and women who usually don’t have time for young people in their profession, and have learned how to become a professional in a profession I knew little about.
I have great communication skills, I am a great leader, I have a strong work ethic, and I believe in positivity and that anybody can learn anything, as long as they try hard enough I have received academic excellence awards throughout my entire four years at high school, I was a Link Crew leader for incoming freshmen at high school, and I volunteered my time to run special needs nights at the YMCA in Woodbury, MN.
