About
I am a woman from a small mill town in southern Oregon. Most of my family has either worked there at some point of their life to support themselves and family, or still works there, including myself. My passion is barrel racing quarter horses. I have three nice quarter horses that give me an incredible feeling of success and teamwork; the bond is incredible, After a nearly fatal car accident, I was given the opportunity to witness the miraculous work of medicine first hand. I have been very interested in the field of medicine since.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I plan on being a surgeon. Neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery are currently the two specialties that have my attention.
- Graduate school interests
I wish to attend medical school somewhere in the midwest to west coast area. If I do not gain entrance to medical school on my first attempt, I plan to get into a graduate school and earn a masters in biomedical sciences and then apply again with a stronger academic profile.
