About
I am a native of Helena-West Helena, AR. Currently, I am a sophomore at Philander Smith College in Little Rock, AR majoring in Social Work. I am a first generation college student. Though my first semester was extremely difficult for me, I didn't give up - just like I won't give up on the children I help in the future. I will fight hard to make sure they get the proper care that's needed. I have a passion for children and helping them in anyway I can - just like someone helped me and others. I want to have the power and knowledge of a social worker to help make a difference in children lives. My goal is to complete undergrad and go to graduate school for social work or law school to study family law.

While in undergrad, I plan to do an internship at a company that can help me grow as a student and social worker. Upon completion of my undergrad degree, I plan to attend graduate school, but I am also considering law school to study family law.
