Maxwell Roberts

I am a dual-enrollment student currently in the junior year of high school, with enough credit to be a junior in college. I am taking a full time course load at the University of North Georgia, I am studying to be an astrophysicist. My goal is to continue to learn about the universe, and eventually contribute to knowledge of it. I have been staring at the stars since I was young, and, like many children, I wanted to be an astronaut! As I have aged I have shifted my interest towards the science of the stars, I am constantly curious about how things move and why things happen; I think curiosity is one of my strongest qualities! This semester I will be working under Dr. Gregory Feiden as part of the Stellar Evolution Research Team at UNG. I am an active member of the Beta Club and NHS of Georgia Cyber Academy. I am also an actor; I have performed in many community and professional theaters, independent films, and have done extra work on major motion pictures such as Catching Fire and Allegiant.
