About
I was born in the United States and grew up with a passion for aviation and space. This eventually led me to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to pursue my B.S. Aerospace Engineering degree along with my Unmanned Aircraft Systems minor and Aerospace Life Sciences minor. Furthermore, I am currently pursuing my M.S. in Project Management with a concentration in Aviation and Aerospace to continue building my education in this field. I come from a Greek family and from a young age I was exposed to diverse cultures while traveling. My volunteering experiences with A Broader View volunteer program that led me to Costa Rica and my education of Japan has also expanded and enhanced my understanding of diversity. I enjoy staying physically fit and active through hiking, paintball, cycling, running, and weight lifting. I also became fascinated with SCUBA diving throughout my college career and decided to get my PADI Open Water license along with my Enriched Air Certification to help with Jetty and Reef cleanups.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am fascinated with the field of aviation and aerospace as well as the exploration of our universe. I am working towards achieving the advancement of aerospace technology to further develop research and aid humanity's understanding of the cosmos.
- Graduate school interests
Along with my M.S. in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, I am participating in the Polar Suborbital Science in the Upper Mesosphere (PoSSUM) Research program as a Scientist-Astronaut Candidate (Class of 1802). This research opportunity will provide me with flight and aerospace physiology through the operation of flight instruments and performing aerobatic aircraft maneuvers to experience Zero-G and High-G loadings. It will also expose me to spacesuit operation, extra-vehicular activity, survival system, and ejection system knowledge. Additionally, I will learn to operate remote sensing equipment to capture noctilucent cloud development in the mesosphere and use simulators and augmented reality for potential suborbital spaceflights through PoSSUM.
