- Career goal
To lead, train, and develop leaders within the field of Organizational Development / Leadership. My dream is to publish research findings on the Characteristics Development of Transformational Leadership within the field of Organizational Development. To become an adjunct faculty at a university, business consulting, life coaching, and writing books on personal growth, I believe that the person must continue to be a life learner. It is through formal education with life experiences; we become the "NEW YOU" daily. Life is a process journey of self-discovery and paying forward to our self-actualization. The day we stop learning, analyzing, and sharing our passion for personal growth, we will stop living the intentional and purposeful life (Socrates and Abraham Maslow's Belief System).
