About
Hello. My name is Sam and I am currently attending Career Network Institute to become a Registered Nurse. I served in the army active duty as a Combat Medic for 3 years and was deployed to Iraq to support Operation New Dawn. I received a Combat Action Badge, Combat Medical Badge, and 2 Army Commendation Medals. I want to pursue a career in healthcare and found love caring for people in times of need. I work as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and find it so rewarding to see people recover and appreciate my care. There is a hidden sense of humanity discovered in words, smiles, and eye contact which sincerely touches my heart more than anything.
P.S: I know American Sign Language (Intermediate) due to an encounter at work, there is no option to list ASL in the language section.
