Account Updater - Internal Quality Control Lead
As an account updater I was responsible for transferring information from our contractor’s side to our client’s side, arranging the prices in their proper manner, and checking for any possible errors, as well as speaking with both the client’s and the contractors. I was promoted to the position of Internal Quality Control Lead due to my keen eye towards errors and my ability to find deception by the contractor. As the Internal Quality Control Lead I was responsible for creating a system of penalties and fees to use against the client to maximize profits and minimize loss.
