About
I graduated from Union High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1989, waited a few years, completed my college basics at Tulsa Junior College, later renamed to Tulsa Community College, where I studied Horticulture and achieved being listed on the Dean's Honor Roll and the President's Honor Roll. I took a few years off, working full time and raising a family, returning when able. I received my Associates Degree from Tulsa Community College in General Education and am currently in my second year at Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. I am currently obtaining my BS in Organizational Leadership, where I believe I will obtain knowledge and skills to utilize in my future career. I am currently on the Dean's Honor Roll and am very motivated to continue to raise my GPA.
I volunteered as a candy-striper at a local hospital for 3 years as a teenager and bought and started a small farm at the age of 21. I have life experience as well as my college education which both benefit me and my career as I have a lot to bring to the table. I enjoy learning new things daily and strive to increase my knowledge and skill level in a variety of fields.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My career goals are to begin working at a non-profit or a rehab ranch of sorts, where I can help others and lead them down a positive life path while teaching gardening and other life skills. As is in my personality, I excel at placing people where they excel and utilize their skills to the best of their ability. I enjoy working with people, as well as alone, and helping others achieve their goals. My life's goal is to set a good example for others to follow and to help as many as I can to achieve their life's goal(s).
My plan for retirement is to have a small homestead, debt free, where I can build tiny homes to house domestic abuse survivors and teach them life skills. I wish to have a market garden as well as a learning center, to offer education services and job placement, and to teach the survivors how to not only get by, but to build a successful future, for them and their children. The children are our future and we need to teach them that they can do anything they set their minds to and can be anyone they wish to be, they just need a little determination and guidance.- Outside the classroom
Gardening, raising animals, canning food, camping, fishing, hiking, swimming, roadtrips, painting, crafts, leathercrafting, teaching others, spending time with my greandchildren.
