About
Hello! My name is Ellie Woods and I am currently studying at my local community college. I am in the middle of taking my prerequisite courses, so that I can attend a Medical Dosimetry program in Houston. I want to be a Medical Dosimetrist because I love to be a helping hand. Many people throughout my life have had some sort of battle with cancer. People who I love dearly lost their battles with cancer. A dosimetrist is the person who calculates how much radiation or chemotherapy a patient is prescribed. I've decided that I want to help anyone and everyone I can with their battle with cancer. Even if I do not have a cure, I can still be the smiling face they see in the mornings, and if I can make anyone's day even a tiny bit better, I consider it a win.
