About

I am a high school senior at Perkiomen Valley High School. I will be majoring in Pre-med next fall. I have been accepted into Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts and The University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. I am looking forward to becoming a doctor one day and helping as many people as I can. I am interested in traveling to low developed countries to provide medical services. I am very passionate about helping those around me, as well as traveling the world. A fun fact about me is that I am Puertorican and I moved to the United States at 11 years old. I am fluent in Spanish and English. I believe my bilingual skills will be helpful when I become a doctor.

Goals and interests

Career goal: My goal is to obtain a job as an Obstetrician-Gynecologist or Pediatrician.
Outside the classroom: I enjoy traveling during my free time. I have visited France, Switzerland, England, Canada, and many other countries. I am planning on traveling to Hawaii next. Aside from traveling, I really like staying active and working out. I usually work out five times a week and go on runs every Sunday morning. I always try to do something productive with my free time.

Volunteering

Volunteer: I do volunteer work the whole summer at my church. There have been many natural disasters in the community of the church. We work on restoring the community by fixing houses and interacting with the people. The jobs we do include painting, building roofs, cleaning, and more.
