About
I will graduate from high school in May of 2021 as valedictorian with an honors diploma. I enjoy working hard to keep a balance in my life. Through community service projects, church involvement, work experience and school activities, I have found a way to balance hard work and service to others, and I have found that the most rewarding moments are those moments spent placing others needs above my own. My incredible little sister has Down syndrome, and she has opened my eyes to a community of individuals with special needs whom I have grown to love dearly. I look forward to continuing to serve this precious community as long as I am able.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Upon high school graduation, I plan to attend Oklahoma Christian University and major in biology with an emphasis on completing the pre-optometry prerequisites. My ultimate goal is to attend optometry school and help preserve and protect our most precious sense-sight!
- Graduate school interests
After finishing my bachelors degree, I plan to attend one of our nation's top optometry schools.
- Outside the classroom
When not working, studying or volunteering, I love to sing and produce music! Last year, I was privileged to release two songs onto all streaming platforms, and I am continuing to write and produce more of my own music. I love hearing people say that my music is impacting and inspiring them, and I look forward to continuing to produce uplifting music in a time when encouragement is crucial to our nation. I also enjoy serving weekly on my school and church praise and worship teams. I have a deep passion and appreciation for music!

Co-director of a Both Hands service project where we served a widow while raising money for an orphans adoption expenses. We worked over fifty hours at our widow's home painting the entirety of her home (inside and out), laying sod on her yard, building and stocking three flower beds and surprising her young children with a new assembled play set. I personally raised over $5000 for our chosen orphan going door to door in our neighborhood. Our chosen orphan is now healthy and happy in her forever home here in America!
