Victoria Strickland

Hello,
My name is Victoria Strickland. I am currently finishing my associate's degree in Business Administration and then plan to start my bachelor's in Human Resources Management immediately. I have always had a strong love for leadership because it allows me to grow and change other's lives. So far, I have accomplished being a mother who is building and inspiring this little girl of mine to be a strong and empowered leader in the future. I have big goals and big dreams, and my number one goal is to show her that women have a very important voice and that we can do anything that our hearts desire. As a Human Resources Manager, I will have the opportunity to develop the employees around me, which will help with their individual growth and the organization as a whole. In addition to having the ability to help others around me achieve, I will also have the ability to ensure diversity and equality in the workplace and make sure that the team feels understood and supported. I look forward to achieving all of my goals and making a difference in many lives.
