Kept track of every interaction for training, reporting, and auditing purposes. Processed sales and return transactions in a timely and accurate manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Dealt with customer requests and concerns creatively. Used excellent communication to connect with customers, assess needs, and present solutions. Took incoming calls and provided account holders with professional customer service. Looked at account and service histories to see if there were any patterns, and then used the information to prevent future problems. Transferred calls to the appropriate department Learned how to work in Siebel, Precision order and Finance and Operations. Completed the new associate training. Used Bridge to access training courses and programs.
