About
Hi, everyone! My name is Ian Skeenes. I am a recent graduate of Clay High School in the quaint city of Portsmouth, Ohio. Here, I graduated with honors and maintained a perfect transcript. I am a 4.0 student in my second semester of college, preparing to achieve academically. I am currently focusing on my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. I plan to pursue a Master's of Science in Nursing beyond Undergraduate School. My dream is to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse, so I can provide care for individuals who are in need. As a result of the pandemic, mental health has become the leading issue amongst our community; therefore, it is my desire to provide for those with mental health disorders.

I intend to complete my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and pursue a Master's of Science in Nursing after Undergraduate School, where I will continue my Post-Master's Certification in Psychiatric Care. I plan to provide comprehensive mental health care for patients battling mental health disorders and adjust accordingly.
- Graduate school interests
After Undergraduate School, I plan to obtain a Master's of Science in Nursing and continue my pursuit for a Post-Master's Certification in Psychiatric Care.
- Outside the classroom
I am proficient in performance arts; I was a leading performer in eight musicals during my high school career. I participated in major musical productions, such as *Disney's The Lion King Jr.,* *Disney's Frozen Jr.,* *Footloose,* *Seussical,* and *James and the Giant Peach Jr.*. Additionally, I participate in local choirs and sing casually with friends.
